வாசகர்களே,

நான் இந்தக்கடிதத்தை சிவதர்மன் விலோசனனை ஊடகம் மூலம்
அவதூறு கூறியமைக்கு மன்னிப்பு கோரி எழுதுகின்றேன்.

இந்த அவதூறு கூற்று ஆனி 26, 2020 அன்று முகநூலில் பிரசுரிக்கப்பட்டது. நீங்கள் “கொரோனாவை விட பயங்கரமானவர்” என்று கூற எனக்கு எந்த அதிகாரமும் இல்லை. இக் கூற்று அநீதியானதும் நிரூபிக்கப்படாததும் ஆகும்.

சட்ட அறிவுரையை நாடிய பின்னர், நான் இது அவதூறான நடத்தைக்குட்பட்டது என்பதை விளங்கிக்கொண்டேன், ஆனால் நீண்ட ஆய்வு மற்றும் விசாரணைக்கு
பின்னர் இத்தகவலின் உண்மைத்தன்மையானது நம்பகத் தன்மையற்ற மூலத்திலிருந்து வழங்கப்பட்டது என்பதை நீங்கள் தெரிந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும் என நான் நினைக்கின்றேன்.

தாங்கள், அத்தருணத்தில் எனது தீர்ப்பில் ஏற்பட்ட தவறை மன்னிப்பீர்கள் என நினைக்கின்றேன். மேற்குறிப்பிட்ட தினத்தின் அந்த பதிவு தொடர்பான தங்களின் எழுத்து மூலமான ஆவணத்திற்கு பின்னர் நான் விரைவாக அப்பதிவை நீக்கியதற்கு காரணம் எனது கூற்றுக்கள் அநீதியானதும் உண்மையற்றதும் என தெளிவாக கூறுவதற்காகும்.

இங்கு உள்ளடக்கப்பட்ட எதுவும், இந்த வெளியீடு தொடர்பான சட்ட நடவடிக்கையின் தீர்வின் ஒரு பாகமாக எந்வொரு கட்டணங்களும் ,ஏனைய தீர்வுகளும் எனது குற்ற உணர்வாகவோ அல்லது பொறுப்புக்கூறலின் வெளிப்பாடாகவோ தவறாக கருதப்படலாகாது.

Dear Readers, I am writing this letter to apologize for slandering Sivatharman Vilosanan on the media and the comment was publicized on June 26, 2020. I had no right to say that you are “more lethal than corona”.

The claim was unjustified and unsubstantiated. After seeking legal advice, I understand that this qualifies as defamation of character, but I would like you to know that after deep research and investigating the facts of this information was provided from undependable source.

I hope that you can understand that not only did I not have all the information but that I was extremely angry about the information said about you and therefore not thinking clearly.

I simply got caught up in the moment and I deeply regret it. I hope that you can find a way to pardon me for my momentary lapse in judgment.

I removed the post soon thereafter your written concern of the post on the date in question in order to make it clear that my comments were unwarranted and untrue.
